By using WebVoice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

WebVoice is a Chrome extension that reads text aloud using local browser voices or optional cloud TTS providers configured by the user. Free accounts use local voices. Pro unlocks cloud TTS and audio download.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use WebVoice to:

• Generate content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the extension or its output
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws

3. Subscriptions

• Pro Monthly ($2.90/month, includes 7-day trial) and Lifetime ($39.90 one-time) plans are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — email pdx010203@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual Property

WebVoice and its original content are owned by us. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the extension as intended. You retain rights to content you input.

5. Disclaimer

WebVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WebVoice.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Free users can be terminated if the service is abused.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates.
